I’m committed to creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood. I believe that healing grows through connection — when you’re met with empathy, curiosity, and genuine care.
My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centred approach. I’ve worked across a variety of care settings, including mental health clinics, hospitals, trauma rehabilitation, and child protection services. This range of experience allows me to support individuals, teens, children, and couples as they navigate anxiety or depression, process trauma, strengthen relationships, face systemic barriers, or move through major life transitions.
My experience also includes working with people healing from injury-related trauma, neurodiverse children and their families, and those managing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. I’ve supported clients in building emotional regulation, improving communication, enhancing daily functioning, and connecting with meaningful community supports. I understand that many people and families carry complex histories, and I strive to offer a space where those experiences can be explored without pressure or judgment.
In our sessions, collaboration and emotional safety come first. I’m not here to give you a list of answers — I’m here to help you feel grounded, supported, and empowered as you make sense of your experiences. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, building clarity, resilience, and confidence along the way.
If you or your family are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families as they navigate life’s most tender, challenging, and transformative moments. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and deeply understood—especially when life feels heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming.
In our time together, my priority is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. A space where your story is honored, your emotions are welcomed, and your experiences are met with empathy, curiosity, and respect. I believe that healing grows through connection, and I strive to help you feel grounded, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want.
My professional journey has taken me into many homes, schools, and community settings, offering support to people across all stages of life. I’ve worked extensively with children and adolescents navigating emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges; adults facing stress, grief, trauma, and life transitions; and couples and families working to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen their relationships.
A significant part of my background is rooted in child protection and foster care, where I walked alongside children, families, and caregivers during moments of crisis, uncertainty, and profound change. As a Child Protection Worker, I supported families in rebuilding safety and stability, helped children feel heard during vulnerable transitions, and collaborated with parents, caregivers, and community partners to nurture resilience and connection. In my work with foster families, I partnered closely with caregivers to support attachment, address behavioural challenges, and create nurturing environments where children could begin to heal and thrive. I’ve also had the privilege of mentoring social work students, encouraging them to cultivate thoughtful, reflective, and relationship centered practice.
These experiences shape my approach today—one rooted in authenticity, cultural sensitivity, compassion, and a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s story. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, your partnership, or your family, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and unwavering support.

I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and several years of experience supporting youth and adults navigating emotional regulation, identity struggles, relationship challenges, and trauma. I specialize in helping clients make sense of big emotions, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and create sustainable change in their lives.
My therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I believe that meaningful growth happens when clients feel safe enough to be honest - with themselves and with me. In our sessions, you can expect curiosity, directness, and space to explore what is really going on beneath the surface. Together, we will work to understand your patterns, uncover your strengths, and build the emotional flexibility to face life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and mindfulness practices. I also incorporate psychoeducation and body-based awareness work to support healing that lasts beyond the session. I have worked in both community and private practice settings and continue to deepen my learning through professional development focused on trauma, identity, and relational work.
I also bring my lived experience as an immigrant and a child of immigrants into the room - something that informs my understanding of cultural complexity, generational dynamics, and the pressure to “figure it all out.” Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading murder mysteries, practicing yoga, and travelling. These interests help me stay curious, grounded, and open - qualities I bring into the therapy space as well.
