Starting therapy for your child is a meaningful step in supporting their emotional growth and well-being. In a safe, playful, and supportive space, children are gently guided to explore their feelings, experiences, and challenges in ways that make sense to them.

Therapy can help children build emotional awareness, learn coping tools, and develop confidence as they navigate big feelings, life changes, or difficult experiences.

Sessions are available in person at our office or virtually through the Jane App. While virtual sessions are available, we encourage in-person appointments when possible to support stronger engagement and outcomes. Session lengths can be 50 or 80 minutes, depending on individual needs and preferences.
